Summer Affair: David's Bridal

Today I wanted to talk about our summer events, for many of us it’s wedding season, prom season, graduation, black tie events and for some its all of them combined in one summer. Of course we need the perfect dress for each and every occasion! And well you know me, I have a love affair with evening gowns, but it’s been a crazy wedding season! In April we had 4 weddings in one month! Plus a black tie gala! I love it but I was quickly running out of options on what to wear and where to shop! That’s when I discovered David’s Bridal Occasion dresses. Ok, I confess I was guilty of assuming David’s Bridal was purely for wedding and bridesmaids dresses #ShameOnMe … I started looking around and that’s when I learned they have so much more than just wedding party related styles. From short more casual affairs to that black tie Oscar inspired party, they always have the sizes we need since they carry dresses from size 0 to 22, and all at a perfectly affordable price, Let’s face it even if we love designer pieces we never like their prices.
I’m planning on wearing this dress to my friends wedding in Mexico city next month (you know Mexican weddings! Big, elegant, black tie) but I also think it’s perfect for so many other occasions including prom! Aso remember a black or navy gown is one of the best investments you can make! A classic dress in these colors will never go out of style, can be worn all year round and can always be given a different look by changing your hair accessories, if you’re doubting what to wear this is a good tip to go by. ¡Hoy les quería platicar un poco de nuestros eventos de verano, ya sean bodas, graduaciones, fiestas, todos tenemos algo esta temporada, y claro necesitamos el vestido perfecto para cada uno de estos eventos! Ya me conocen yo amo los vestidos largos y podría vivir en ellos (¿cual princesa de Disney no?) pero este año tuvimos 4 bodas en el mismo mes más aparte una gala de una fundación. Con todo y lo que amo los vestidos y arreglarme ya se me estaban acabando las opciones de que ponerme y donde comprar vestidos. ¡Aquí es cuando descubrí que David’s Bridal no solo tiene vestidos de novia y sus damas, si no que también tienen vestidos para todo tipo de ocasión! ¿Ya sabían? ¡Porque yo no! #QuePena, Pero en serio encontré que tienen desde vestidos cortos para eventos de día o más casuales hasta los súper etiqueta rigurosa para bodas y eventos de largo. Este en particular me encanto, aparte de que el corte esta increíble, yo soy fan de los vestidos negros o azul marino porque nunca pasan de moda, los puedes usar todo el año y les puedes dar un look diferente con solo cambiar tu pelo o accesorios y así volverlo a usar.
